Castello di Meleto Vin Santo (375ml) 2011 Bottle:1 punctuated by a bitter orangeAmber with typical hints of dried fruits, honey, apricot, notes of vanilla and spices. Full and velvety, great structure and roundness. Long and persistent finish with a hint of well balanced acidity. A lot of rich prune and apricot with toasty nutty notes like hazelnut and maple syrup but nice acidity to keep it tasting fresh on the palate. Burnt orange, caramel, black tea, and marmalade on the finish.
