Washington and Leavenworth illustrations Taken on the shore ofArtist and musician, Tad Wagner, is a Bay Area native who resides in the city of San Francisco. All of his artwork is crafted using oil paint with the aim to capture the feeling of natural light and subjects that connect to his childhood.
