Saucer silver The 3 dyed pheasant feathersThis stunning Saucer fascinator is an elegant addition to any outfit. A real showstopper without being too big to get in the way. It can be made in any colour combination, including the slender Alice band which is dyed to match your hair colour. It is hand made using a sinamay straw saucer hat base covered with a crinoline wavey overlay. It has been finished using more decorative crinoline layers and 3 sripped feather quills.
