A familiar and alluring white flower aroma twists with scents of apricot and apple before gracefully leading into flavors of similar caliber. All this yumminess is produced from Ginginga sake rice and local Iwate yeast, and even landed this brew with two gold medals at the International Wine Challenge in 2018 and 2019!
