He then returned in 1967 to New York City where he made his permanent home (with intermittent sojourns) until he died there in 2001

The print is on very thin translucent paper adhered to the corners to the backing

and "50 Años del Taller de Gráfica Popular" also in 1987 (Palace of Fine Arts)
