FlyCatcher ‘23 Chardonnay From one of the WillametteThis Willamette Valley blend (Pinot Noir Syrah Grenache) shows deep ruby with aromas of Marionberry jam, lavender and black pepper. The palate is surprisingly structured velvety tannins frame flavors of black cherry, cocoa nibs and white pepper, with acidity that Wine Spectator (92 pts) calls "Oregon rusticity meets Rhne flair." Aged 10 months in neutral oak. Decant for an hour and pair with cedar plank salmon or wild mushroom ragout. Drink now 2026.
