Taplow hypha-hq I am especially fascinated byTaplow' (2025) forms part of a body of paintings developed during a residency at Turps Banana. The residency was located inside Taplow Housea brutalist residential tower block and one of the last remaining structures of the original Aylesbury Estate, London. Emerging from observations of the buildings architectural language, the Taplow series investigates the interplay between light, materiality, and form. Within each composition, angular geometric
