Flow, Purple & Gold Photography Creating the work was aRooted in the tradition of modernist abstraction, my work is resolutely focused on the craft of painting. One feels the thought process made manifest by the materiality of the paint and the gesture of the artist. My work doesn't offer a point of focus. The eye wanders around using peripheral vision, like a meditative dance where one is touching with one's eyes. Informed by an extensive daily drawing practice of geometric formation, found images and
