They hold a decent volume, but all are a bit undersized for fermentation, and have no inherent measuring system. Glass Carboys are breakable, while plastic carboys scratch with the first brush cleaning. The Fermonster leaves all these problems behind. These Fermonster Plastic Carboy Fermenters are made from heavy PET plastic,
