Foris Pinot Noir '23 la piffaudiere honey melon and a hintFrom high elevation vineyards (1,400 ft), this Pinot is translucent ruby with a nose of cherry cola, violets, and a touch of forest floor. The palate is light bodied but intense, with flavors of cranberry, pomegranate, and silky tannins (Wine Advocate 90 pts). Aged 10 months in 20% new French oak; pair with grilled salmon or wild mushroom tart (drink now2028).
