2HA Courage Cuvée 2017 Dry and white coffeeGrape variety: Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Shiraz The top wine of 2HA, concentrated, spicy, long, and layered sip. The clusters of red grape varieties were hand picked into 12 kg boxes at the harvest, selected by hand before and after destemming. Fermentation with the natural yeast of each variety took place in open wooden vats at controlled temperature. The ageing took place in small 225 litre barriques for 13 to 16 months, depending on the
