Rich umami from Nagano prefecture rice meets a clean finish, resulting in an overall lighter impression. While dry, it doesnt come off too strong, and is sturdy and refreshing at the same time. Sip it alongside hearty foods such as grilled fish, pork or steak and dont be afraid to play with temperature!
