They were experimental works created shortly after I finished the Turps Correspondence Course, where I began working with ideas of flesh and biological references. The techniques from this series have evolved to become a staple element and underpin many of my paintings. This particular work was selected for a group show early this year at Shoreditch Modern Gallery in London.
