Cascade x Burial Chene des Fous Sour 9.7% (500ml) 375ml C1 –1619 Bad Ass Band*Made in collaboration with Burial Beer Company in North Carolina, Chne des Fous (meaning oak of the fools) is a blend of sour triple ales aged for up to 18 months in French oak barrels with dried sumac, fresh apricots and toasted oak chains. Intense oak flavours of vanilla, crme brle, coconut and spice are met with soft lemon and dried fruit notes from the sumac and a subtle stone fruit aroma.
