The parcel sits at the foot of the Combe Lavaux on clay limestone. Tiny (under 0. 4 ha), planted in 1998, and clearly punching above its village pedigree. The 2022 shows textbook Gevrey: earthy minerality, dark cherry, real structure, beautiful detail. Native yeast fermentation, very little new oak, bottled with no fining or filtration. A wine
