She loved the exterior of our Valdivia home plan and the floor plan of our La Serena house plan. It was our task to combine the two plans to create her dream home. Outside, the home is almost identical to the Valdivia, featuring the same Andalusian and Spanish Colonial flair. Most importantly, it offers the same rounded portico entry that makes this plan so well loved.
