It was born from a collaboration with an eighth generation confectionery business in Yamagata called Satoya Matsubee. The marriage between the iconic Tomizu sake, using a higher ratio of rice and an abundant amount of Satoya Matsubees famous umeboshi, is just bliss. Try it on its own or with food; the sweet and tart balance is addicting.
