This is a beginner friendly matcha that is not as bold as some of our other offerings, but makes an amazing creamy daily matcha. At Momi's, we especially love it as an usucha, and as a daily matcha latte with some syrup. Tasting Notes: Creamy, light medium umami, hint of floral aftertaste. Little to no bitterness or astringency.
