Intense bouquet with ripe fruits, blackberry and oaky notes. Round, smooth and very harmonic wine with persistent finish. Vinification: Long skin contact during the fermentation, aged in traditional large wooden barrels. Food pairing: Serve it with main courses of meat, especially roasted and braised meat, or slow cooked meat but goes well with salami and matured cheese rich in aromas.
