They shared some special beers and brewed a beer of their own to put to rest in Chteauneuf du Pape barrels. The barrels were inoculated with a strain brought over by the Bruery to make this collaboration come alive. The beer was then transferred to rest in an Oloroso sherry barrel, giving us vibrant citrus lemon and lychee aromas balanced with vanilla tannins and grassy
