Bruern Farms Plumage Archer gives subtle bready, caramel notes and DEYA's house yeast, brett cultures and Mills' own house culture combine to add a melange of yeast profiles, giving this beer a characteristic complexity. Ypu'll find notes of peach, elderflower and a hint of barnyard funk.
