Stephens works reflect the gay culture of the 70s and 80s and are in many collections in Australia and USA. Stephen lived life to the full and was a regular at parties including those hosted by Andy Warhol, Gore Vidal and Zsa Zsa Gabor in New York and Brett Whitley
