Belvedere House Plan 930-109 There are two large walkOur Belvedere house plan is a Contemporary Courtyard design. Its stucco facade offers straight lines and a modern metal roof. The original sketches for this floor plan were created several years ago. Dan Saters daughter wanted him to sketch her dream home at the time. The Belvedere plan is the final result of that original sketch. Her vision was to have a courtyard home without a separate cabana, as she was dreaming of the safety of future children.
