Medium ruby in color, it offers elegant aromas of raspberry, white pepper, and a touch of dried lavender. The palate is light on its feet (14. 1% ABV) with flavors of red currant, hibiscus tea, and a stony finish that Jeb Dunnuck (94 pts) calls "more Cte Rtie than California." Aged 16 months in neutral oak, it's perfect with grilled quail or mushroom pasta. Drink now 2029.
