Daiwa would not sell the ferrofluid that fills these magnetic seals, which leaves you with no option but to send the reels to an official Daiwa service centre if the mag-seal needed care, if the fluid reaches the end of its service life of about 4-5 years, or even if the mag-seal itself is fine but you need to remove it in order to reach other parts of the reel beneath it
