Why am I seeing this

i can imagine some of you have taken some great photos of failed reels, rusted and corroded parts from saltwater and delayed fishing reel maintenance because it still looked fine on the outside disclaimer Jan 2019: i am not associated with Avet Reels in any way except as a private end user and i am not paid or compensated for posting my chit further, i think it is useful to have an idea what's going on INSIDE our reels - even when they look virtually new on the outside - and we think we are cleaning and maintaining them properly to prevent this type of internal reel damage and saltwater corrosion from lack of effective maintenance
