The top tray is the thinnest depth wise, and has tac logic with no dividers, I put all my lipless crankbaits and blade baits in this tray, then the 2nd tray is a med depth tray, with 3 or 4 dividers going legthwise, I filled this tray up with all my square bills, and lastly the bottom of the box which isn't a removable tray but act's like a deep box, is also lined with tac logic and I put all my small and med depth crankbaits, and flat sided crankbaits
