If Im fishing a southern lake, I smile through the rain and fish faster and bigger baits
Best Used In: Near docks, drop-offs, and submerged wood
Setting the hook When you feel a solid tug, give the rod a strong, upward hook set
From: Brad: Brandon, MS 1/20/17 Comments: My first and only Dobyns rod I have got. When I first got the rod I was impressed by initial quality and it felt good in hand however it broke on my first outing, first half hour to be exact. The tip just randomly broke when working a small jig through some cypress knees. Not sure if I got a lemon or what but being a full time, unsponsored tourney angler I cant afford to waste money.I give all brands the benefit of the doubt until I try them and for now Dobyns will be erased from the board
Whether you're an old salt or new to the saltwater fishing scene, investing in quality tackle pays off in the form of more bites, fewer headaches, and epic days on the water
