I never got to feel the full power, or smoking drag runs of this set up when bass fishing, but it's definitely a rod I'd recommend, pretty lightweight, the handle isn't too long or too short, and both 200 or 300 size reels pair well with it

I do find the cheek pads to be a little tight for me, but they could have been changed in a dealer and Im hoping to try a smaller pair at some point

I dont necessarily think its because the fake thing looks better than the real thing
