knivstal 1 4034 rustfritt Rifle Hardness: Shore D A45The well known stainless steel AEBL, which is just as well suited to the kitchen as it is to the outside. Can be hardened at 1025 1060 degrees without deep cooling or 1080 with deep cooling. Such a higher temperature, with deep cooling, could give approx. 1 HRC higher hardness, but is not necessary to use the steel. We recommend everyone to experiment with hardening to get to know the steel.
