Strain into a nut milk bag and you have a wonderful nut milk that you can drink as is or season with a pinch of salt and a little vanilla powder. You can use the pulp (beef mass that is left over) to make raw food balls, vegetable patties and in raw food desserts, as an ingredient in pie crust or cake base.
