632 Di-Huang-Yin-Zi effectively decreases ROS and MDA levels in prefrontal cortex, increases the expression of ferroptosis-related markers GPX4 and SLC7A11 and, and decreases iron deposition, thereby improving depressive symptoms and synaptic ultrastructure of cortical regions in post-stroke depressed (PSD) rats, suggesting that Di-Huang-Yin-Zi can reduce the symptoms and enhance function in PSD rats by inhibiting ferroptosis through SLC7A11/GPX4 pathway
