Across 67 insurance threads I reviewed on r/Zepbound, r/CPAP, r/SleepApnea and eight other subreddits (October 2024 to July 2026), the OSA indication was the most cited coverage route: 32 threads describe approvals, formulary exceptions, or appeal wins that hung on moderate-to-severe OSA documentation, including an eight-month formulary-exception fight won at UHC/Optum on a plan that excluded weight loss
