I have always thought, along with other colleagues for a long time, that you can start identifying groups that have lived with obesity for a very long period of time and they would somehow present differently metabolically and so on, and it would give us an understanding of what treatments would be better for someone, let's say, with long-term obesity versus someone with short-term obesity
