Birke Kupfergrün Anhänger Erlenzapfen Mut und BeständigkeitThis unusual birch copper green pendant was made from a naturally grown leaf. Inside this antique piece of jewelry is a birch leaf skeleton, initially galvanically coated with pure copper. The copper layer provides the necessary stability of the jewelry and is then artificially oxidized. The green copper oxide (not verdigris) takes several weeks to form in this special process. Copper green jewelry is not sealed and will change slightly over time.
