This wine has an intense crimson color and, after some time in the air, develops an aromatic bouquet of red stone fruit with floral notes. On the palate, it is delicate and expressive, reflecting the complexity of the soil and the great age of the vines. The organically farmed vineyard for the Carignan Sauvage is located in Le Soler, on calcareous clay soil
