Plantation Rum Trinidad 21 Years 1997 with Kilchoman Whiskycask Finish for Chagata Black Week This bottle was filled inThis 21 year old single cask rum from Plantation was aged for 15. 5 months in a bourbon cask in the Caribbean, then for six years in cognac casks in France, before a four month finish in Kilchoman whisky casks, which impart a lovely smoky note. This cask was selected exclusively for the Japanese distributor Chagata and quickly sold out, with no more than 300 bottles produced.
