Gallimard: Ratafia de Champagne import with 60% coming from thisRatafia is a blend of grape must and a brandy. Here made from 100% Pinot Noir and aged for 6 months in wood. The fermentation is stopped by adding brandy, which is why both the sugar and alcohol levels are somewhat higher. Good as an aperitif.
