She photographed for, among others, The Village Voice, New York Times, Fortune and New York Magazines. Her photographs are in private collections as well as in the MOMA, New York, and Houston Museum of Fine Arts. In 2010 Sylvia Plachy became a Dr. Erich Salomon Prize awarded by the German Society for Photography. She was also awarded the prestigious Lucie Award in the USA. Artist:
